Some Parker ‘Flighters’ - Jotter, Vector, 45, 25, Frontier, Urban

Mercian

L-R:
2004 Parker Jotter made in UK:

2019 Parker Vector made in India by Luxor;
1970s Parker 45 made in England;
1979 Parker 25 made in England 2015;
Parker Frontier made in India by Luxor;
2015 Parker Urban made in France.

The converter that is above all the pens in the photo is of the type that came with the original 45 - and you need to know that it will fit in to ONLY the 45!
It is too girthy/‘fat’ to fit in to any of these other pens, or any Parker pens that were designed after 1980.

Since I uploaded this photo I have acquired two Parker 75s.

I feel honour-bound to say that the type of converter shown in this photo does fit in to the 75, as well as in to the 45.

(But then, in my defence, one must bear in mind that the 75 was designed in the 1960s, and not after 1980 😉)
