Seascape

 This is is a 12 x 18 seascape for which the one below was a practice run. I’m now drafting in pencil versions of sailboats to add and will practice them in watercolor on small pieces of watercolor paper before adding it to this painting as the finishing element. The lines and railing on the lighthouse were done with Platinum Carbon Black and a Pilot Penmanship. I’m pleased with how the sea and sky came out. The lighthouse is not straight at the top, and I should have made sky bluer near lighthouse so the seagulls would show better.
