Pilot Penmanship EF nib writing sample #2 (~114dpi)

A Smug Dill

This nib kept picking up fibres that got stuck between the tines, when I produced the first writing sample with it earlier today. It turned out that the tines were ever-so-slightly misaligned, and the slit was a bit of an “inverted canyon”.

After adjusting the tines, I managed to get noticeably finer lines out of this nib, to rival the performance of the UEF nib on my Platinum President fountain pen.
