LCD writing tablet #1 (monochrome side), Day 2 writing sample

My new toy: a double-sided, pressure-sensitive, 11.5-inch LCD writing tablet with a (separate) one-click erase function for each side. I'm really impressed by it, and while I don't think I'll ever be able to develop fine enough control with the right technique and tools to reliably replicate on it the marks I can make on paper with a fountain pen, the way it can register some very fine and faint marks exceeds my expectations, especially for a sub-$30 device.

The design of this particular model is great, too. Close enough to being bezel-less, and with internal magnets to hold the tablet to, say, the door of a fridge, and hold the supplied stylus to the tablet on the other side of it.
