Unfortunately it was only a trace that hadn’t been flushed out but yes, this is the pen with the soft/semi-flex Degussa nib. Too bad because it looks to have been a nice purple 😉

So you can now have hours of fun trying to match it!   I haven't put grey and purple together as a combo, but looking at your picture I think that would be a pleasing pairing.

Haha! It's not a combination that I would have naturally put together either, I don't think. But I'm not sure why I wouldn't have because I do regularly put Waterman Tender Purple in my black and silver Diplomat Optimist and it is a great combination!
