wearever zenith?

i got this wearever yesterday and i think it is a zenith, but it has a thicker cap band that what i've seen at the penhero pen gallery pics.

 

can you help me id it, please??

 

PS. in case you can't tell from my "not so fabulous pic", the color is black and red stripe body, black jewel on cap and end of barrel has, what appears to be an end cap, that looks like a black cabochon.

There you will see quite a collection of Wearever's. Click on the Deluxe family, and scroll down to the second to last group of pens, way down near the bottom of the page. . Does it have a 14K nib? Special Alloy?

i saw that site and i miss that pic. that's close enough though, the only difference is the end of the barrel, mine has a round end cap like a cabochon. i post on that site as well and when i asked him (dennis) he wasn't sure if they were the same. :hmm1:

ps. mine has a gf nib with no special markings, just "wearever"!!
