Parker Arrow

I have a Parker Arrow from Canada c1956. I researched the internet and found the exact pen. At a recent pen show in Toronto a dealer thought the cap was wrong but according to my research this is a Canadian model made in the late 50's. My mother worked at Parker's in the early to mid 1960's. I will try to attach a picture and would like some feedback as to what price I could expect on Ebay. I just sold a VP set for $406. which was way more than the experts claimed I would get.

I will show a picture of the Arrow and it is in used condition. I learned to write with this pen in public school in the early '60's. Any feedback will be welcome. The expert at the pen show said a real Arrow would go from $300. to $550. He saw one go on the Battersea website (english) for $550. and he sold one himself for $300.

This won't really help but I won my red Parker Arrow last year on eBay for $28.00. The pen appear to be brand new when I received it. My cap looks different than yours, no arrow clip, just a plain silver with "Parker" engraved vertically. The only info I found on this pen was at this link http://parkerpens.net/parker/arrow.shtml which shows the arrow style clip, so I don't really know which is correct.

No real help here, but the caps on both of your pens are the same to my eyes. Looks to me like the Arrow in the first image has had a clip replacement. The tassie does not fit as well around the captop as it does on the second image.

I do know the dealer who you were referring to, and beleive that I handled the pen he had, but cannot say either way which clip is correct.
