Can you put it together and take a photo?

Thank you. I was going through Parker pens. I have found similar sections, but I can't find the exact pen.

IMO this has parker 45 cap and body and section from parker 75. (frankenpen)

I am in no way a parker expert and surely more experienced members would awnser.

The Parker 75 would accept a Parker 45 cap but a P75 section threads would not accept the P45 barrel. So perhaps the barrel does not belong to a P45.

The Parker 75 section would not accept the P45 barrel as the threads on 75 section and 45 barrel are different.

A P45 cap, however, may be put on the P75 pen. But the cap would be loose and would go further down the pen over the barrel as the P45 cap opening diameter is larger than the P75 barrel diameter.

Big help and thank you. The barrel does fit. However, after I looked at other examples, I question it. Based on a quick search of other P75s, I have seen only metal barrels.

How can a P45 barrel be threaded into a P75 section? Or you sure? Have you done so yourself? If not see pictures in post #8 above.

It is frustrating to see everyone saying the barrel on the pen is of P45 without realizing that the 45 barrel can not be threaded into the P75 section.

Can't they see the profile of the barrel on OP's pen whose end doesn't have the tapet at the end like that on a P45 barrel. And above all the OP himself is saying that the barrel does fit on the P75 section. In such a case how can the barrel be of a P45?

Strange.
