Parker 51 Cartridge Versions

Hi, I recently got the chance to purchase one of the "cartridge" version 51's. The squeeze converter fits well, but I was wondering if this pen would take a modern cartridge or modern piston style converter.

Yes, it would take all types of Parker carts/converters.

Mine accepts modern & older Parker converters, as well as Parker, Lamy, & Aurora cartridges, all of which have a similar nipple to attach with the piercing tube.

That is a beautiful example of C/C 51.
