The English-made Parker 51 is one of my favorite models. Living in the US, I have far more opportunity to find US-made 51s. But when I find an English 51, it is a great thrill. Hope the photo attaches. The 5 on top left are vac-fill; the others are all aerometric, including 2 with rolled silver caps, and 4 "bloody red" burgundy 51s. As has been noted in another thread, the English 51s have nibs which many find superior to all other 51s.

Congratulations!

These pens tend to multiply...I got my first one for last Christmas and now there are 4 of them in my pen case. :yikes:

Breeding likes rabbits evidently.

I love the nibs on these English 51s. I have just finished restoring two of these. A cedar blue vac and a black aero. And, I have just lost count of my 51s.:)
