Is This A Fake Lamy Safari?

Hello!

 

I just bought this Lamy Safari from a local arts store in London, England. I was just wondering if it's the real deal. It came in this packaging and it didn't come with any removable cardboard ring that I see other people remove when they first open theirs. Here are some images of it. Thanks!

There is no need for the cardboard ring in the blister packs as the cartridge is not in the barrel. The ring prohibits punching the cartridge by accident.

I have seen similar packages for Safari in local reliable store here in India in 2008 or 2009. So this one is genuine imo.
