Marked on bottom of cap: Parker, Parker logo, 1/10 12k g.f., Made IN U.S.A. .

Yours 61´ is a later model, cartridges & converter filler...not the usual capillary filler system.. ;)

It looks like it's a Mark III, since it has a thick cap clutch, plastic barrel threads, and is a cartridge converter pen. So probably 1969 to 1972, since this Insignia model was discontinued in 1972.

Around 1969 Parker Pen Co. replaced the capillary filler with converter.And after 1972 this model was discontinued.So the approx. date should be 69-72.But I would like to mention that after getting complain from the customers, Parker Co. replaced the capillary filler and installed converters in some 61s which were manufactured before 1972.
