Turquoise eel was one of my first inks and I still love it.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I love it!

Don't forget to post it to the Avatar thread. If you mail me the original, I will mail you 5 fountain pen friendly sheets of paper.

Dry ink or is the railroad the pen?

The pen is large FLEX STUB. I'm still figuring out how to use a flex and not look goofy.

Yama Dori is a nice wet ink, and Beau Blue was a little too dry for me.

My remaining blues and accompanying thoughts.

DIAMINE BLUE VELVET - Ooo, so bright, vivid and so very blue . . .

http://www.taskyprianou.com/fpn_lamy_blue_swatch.jpg

LAMY BLUE - Often overlooked easy to use pleasant blue.

NOODLER'S BAD BLUE HERON - Not that I'd call this a blue, it's really quite turquoise and quite gloopy too. Nearly bought a bottle but thanks to a sample was saved. It doesn't like being mixed either. My concoction looked like a lava lamp.

PLATIGNUM (with a G) BLUE - Lovely light well behaved blue. Very close to Diamine China Blue.

Halloween, we are sharing a brain... I love those blue inks.

Tas, I love those cards! I like the colors and I do actually like blues. Alas, China Blue has never done it for me.
