There are a couple of branches of The Pen Shop, one near St Andrews Square and another in Jenner's (which I would prefer as Jenner's is so very very nice) on Princes Street. Lime Blue the Jewellers also sells MB and Cross.

Going to bump this topic, since I'm going to Edinburgh in a few days.

I'm particularly interested in where to get vintage pens, whilst in Edinburgh.
