So, did you like it? I never did until I tried it in my Stipula with fine titanium nib. Bleedthrough, yes, it can happen, but otherwise well-behaved. Color is most intense from a wet fine nib.

Right now I'm using King Blue by De Atramentis and Private Reserve's DC Supershow blue. I actually have a bottle of this ink, but don't know where I placed it. It will re-surface at a later point in time. I think if you have any nibs adjusted by a nibmeister to drinking from the fire hose, you will be eyeballing very INTENSE writings. lol

I wonder if Chesterfield Sapphire is the same color or not. I have some cartridges of that, and it seems to me that it might be a bit more purple than Diamine Sapphire Blue, but it's hard to be sure.

I know my id is "mhosea", but you can call me Mike. It's an old Unix thing.

I love this ink and your exquisite calligraphy just makes the colour sing! Thank you!

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

Seconded, and like others have mentioned, this is a great ink. One of my two go to blues (the other being Organics Studios Manganate V--really a blue-black though). I love the dry time of the Sapphire, as well as its temperment.

And as always, I love reading your reviews. You have such a great hand.
