Identify Vintage Italian Pen

Recommended Posts

Hello - I recently acquired this pen. It has no markings on it. I did see an Omega on ebay the other day that looked similar. It has a Montegrappa style piston filler. The steel nib says FASVAR Iridio Extra. Any help with identification is appreciated.

It has a Parker clip

Better, it has a clip inspired by a Parker clip. ;)

Hi there,

I have a pen marked FASVAR made in Italy which is just like a montegrappa. Also Paolo (Sanpei) sold a Fasvar not so long ago.

It looks like a Columbus 65,

but i think it is an imitation made in Settimo Torinese.fpn_1323958912__columbus65a2.jpg

Yes - the pen looks very similar to the Columbus. Want to trade? :) Even the threads for the piston are visible through the celluloid.
