M. Myers & Sons Ltd Post Office Pens

Today arrived my four M. Myers & Sons Ltd Post Office Pens, made in Birmingham. Not sure as to the age of the nibs and handle but love how nice the feeling is in my hand and makes me wonder what it was like for my Grandparents when they did their daily routine. Nibs seem to be extra fine.

 

The picture below includes a pen and sample of my hand writing using a mixed ink I made of Parker Quink Blue-black and Monteverde Black ink.

Would you mind sharing where you purchased such a handsome looking pen?

Thanks. I like the ink, got the colour I wanted from it.

 

Yer, I purchased on ebay for $2.00 AU each. Still 9 days left. He's got a heap available.
