Lotte Jacobi photographed Albert Einstein in 1938. He is writing with a fountain pen. Can anyone ID it?

Can't see a thing from that picture, but I've seen pictures of him with a Pelikan clipped in his pocket before.

The one he wrote the theory of relativity with was a Waterman 22 taper. It's in this museum:

Although it has been widelely discussed here, there is no certainty that his pen/s were Pelikans nor Tropens nor Regals. The clip looks different: accomadtion clips or several pens?
