I don't know about Waterman ballpoint innards, but the Pilot G2 gel refills work great in Waterman rollerball pens. If the internals are the same, then you should be in business with a G2 refill.

Don was talking about Waterman rollerball pens, where the G2 refill should hopefully probably fit. Were you still talking about the ballpoint barrel, or did you mean you already tried the G2 in your rollerball pen?

note my topic specified ballpoints but, yes, G2 refills do fit Waterman RBs.

No. Standard (Parker) Gel refills do not fit in Waterman Ballpoint pens. I believe that Monteverde's gel refills can fit though.
