Now that is a very beautiful, handsome and "manly"-looking pen.

I receive some personal messages and they seemed to ask the same question. Why am I selling the pen.

This is an excellent question because it is such beautiful pen. However, I have a maroon Centennial and a black and pearl International.

I seem to be gravitating to larger pens and am at present totally in love with my Tabaldi Modello 60. I seem to be exploring the Itallian celluloids and they are expensive.

I have way too many pens and I would like to raise money to buy new expensive pens.

Each of the pens I have is a special friend and I find it very difficult to part with them. However I am exercising enormous will power and forcing myself to sell some of the gems in my collection which numbers more than 600 pens. I only have one lifetime and no expectation of using or wearing out all these pens. I tell myself it is silly to have so many pens. I am trying to enter a new regime and limit my collection to only 200 to 300 pens. Wish me luck as I do not feel that I am on the road to success with respect to this goal. However, I hope that as I sell more pens that it will become easier. I fear this is a naïve dream. But the quest is noble although burdened by a heart that is corrupted by the love I have for these pens.

Now as for this pen, it is beautiful. Apart from the fact that I have dipped it, it is mint. Every time I look at it during the selling process, my heart sinks.

It seems to write more like a medium. I have dipped it only as how could I resist the brief test. It is a nice writer and deserves a good home.

As to the price, I am firm on that unless somebody can offer me a wonderful trade.

Here is a sample of how it writes after it is dipped. Please forgive the poor handwriting.

Please watch for future sales as I hope to be determined in my quest.
