ick, yuck, bleah, phooey :P

(that's WRT LE pens in general, not WRT the ones you showed)

But I own two and will someday take pictures maybe. One is inked, the other remains mint and that drives me nuts.

I have a whopping... one LE pen, and it's not my pride and joy :P It's a Visconti Millennium Arc II. My pictures are pretty bad, so here are some photos of one of its siblings (mine's #934, that one's 936, so they're close).

EDIT: No, I did NOT pay that price for it :P

I have a Millenium Arc III (the blue one) and I love it. It was today's pen du jour.

I just put my cat to sleep after 18 years and 2 continents of life.

My London Pen Show LE is my rarest and I love it and never would have let the cat near it.

I will never get ink whilst I have it. After all it will write just like a similar non LE and I'll spoilt it. The box it lives in is concise and very presentable.

Oh Goodguy I LOVE YOUR CAT! He is so adorable!!!

What's his name again?

When we got him his name was Harley but that sounded too much like a Hell Angel biker so I call him Zuzik which means Manchkin in Hebrew (my wife and kids still call him Harley).

Awww, Munchkin! That's sweet. Does he reply to both Zuzik and Harley? Or what?

Love your pens, GoodGuy. They look rather chunky and heavy, though, especially the Visconti cresent-filler. Nice collection, though.

Has Munchkin ever damaged one of your pens? He must be very well-behaved around them for you to allow him to get that close to them while you're taking pictures.

He is a real sweet heart. The hell that sometime suffer from my little girl is amazing and still he doesnt react.I left him with his full set of claws but he chooses not to use them.

He never hurt any of my pens but I take care of my pens as if they were made of gold.

My Visconti Copernicus is a very light weight pen and actualy not very chuncky.I wouldnt mind if it was a tad longer.

Its a wonderful pens.Oh and the Cressent filler doesnt interfer while writing as it doesnt touch the hand while writing with it.

I regret that I cannot respond in full to this thread. I am photo impaired. I wish I could show my Stipula "Nettuno 'Idra'" and "Nettuno 'Superba'" to display the lovely aged moss green celluloid. I have several LE's, but those two remain my favorites.

Shangas, the Titanic LE is close (or identical) in color to Deirdre's Visconti Augusta, above. (I covet the Augusta, by the way.) I have a regular production Titanic that is the darker blue material with khaki/orange swirls. Both the LE and the regular production Titanic are based on the Voyager series, but with a larger cap. The pen I have fits my hand very well, it is very well balanced and writes wonderfully. I feel it is a pen worthy of your obsession.

Speaking of LE pens, does anyone own a Visconti Titanic in blue? I think it looks like an amazing pen!! And I have a minor obsession with the RMS Titanic...

I don't, but the Augusta uses the same celluloid (picture above). The Augusta was the less expensive of the two, so that's what I got.

Though not photo impaired, I have too many pens in out-of-the-way spaces. Its hard to pull them all out of boxes to pose them. Most of them are not so rare anyway. I'll probably end up showing them off individually as the photo ops present themselves (i.e. I have them out to play).

Skybird,

Sorry to hear about your cat and hope your many memories together will live on. The London Pen Show LE is one of the best looking Duofolds I have yet seen. In faraway Honolulu, I don't think I shall ever hold one.

Best regards
