2½" Ever-Rite fountain pen

I bought this on Ebay because it's the smallest pen I've seen so far. It has a 14K nib and I've got it basically up and running. Any smaller pens out there? Has anyone ever hear of the Ever-Rite company before?

Never heard of Ever-Rite, but i have seen some Salz/Peter Pan pens on the bay that are 3 inches, and some 2.5 inchers also, all eyedropper fillers, natually. For such a tiny pen, it looks fantastic. I assume that you write posted with this one. I couldn't imagine writing unposted with something so small!

Canada sure is cold.

Posted the Ever-Rite is 3½ and usable. It's not an eyedrop filler... I put a teeny, tiny, skinny sac on it -- the smallest one I have cut to length. There are Wahl ringtops that are only 3¼" (4¼" when posted) and those are nice, flexy writers. The Ever-Rite nib though 14K isn't flexing. It's a medium to broad writer but smooth.

Is anyone out there brave enough to wear an inked pen as a necklace??? This one was intended to be worn buy I'm too chicken.

I've purchased this Wahl from Docnib, it's 3,5 inch. Normally I use oversize pens, but I've found so cool wear this tiny pen with a necklace and write (obviously posted) with it's wonderful semi-flex nib:

Anyway my smallest FP is a cigarette size (made in china):

The smallest pen in my collection currently, is the Waterman lever-filler I've been rattling on about for the past week.

It's 4.75 inches, capped, 4.5 uncapped and 6 inches posted.

Yaaaaaww...izza widdle baybee pen!

Until I saw that gold darling up there which started this post, the smallest pen I'd ever seen was a Parker Duofold vest-pocket. 3.5 inches.

my apologies for the necro bump. i love small pens and pick them up when i can so i am also curious about what the smallest fountain pens are. i have a smaller eyedropper than the ever rite but the ever rite is the smallest lever filler out there as far as i know. the eyedropper is a diamond point and capped the pen is 2 3/8" long my ever rite is 2 3/4" long capped so its a little bigger than yours. i am curious does your ever rite look the same as mine? i have seen some other ever rites out there but they were always third tier junkers

Here are a few of my smaller sized pens. My Ever Rite (the smallest one shown) is not a great writer so doesn't see much action... just a fun curiosity. The small sized Wahl pens are quite good for writing with lovely flex.

...although Richard's Guider beats this Peter Pan, which is 52mm long (right up to 82mm when posted!).
