The Integral Eyedropper.

 

Here are two eyedropper pens with integral eyedroppers built right into the pens, patent nos. 655,517, and 717,425. The latter one even allows for the use of the eyedropper as a dual-purpose filler and spare cartridge, or extra, secondary reservoir, if the eyedropper is stored full of ink.
