Delta Seiya 1/1 A Dream Come True

Delta Fusion 82 Blue and Delta Dolcevita medium are two of my favorite pens. I am mesmerized by the blue resin used for the Fusion 82 and I really like the shape of the Dolcevita.

I wished I could merge what I liked of the two pens into a new one...

Sometimes dreams come true and this time they did.

So here is the Delta Seiya 1/1 (starry night in Japanese).

Seiya has the body of a Dolcevita medium with the barrel of blue resin from the fusion 82 and the super smooth dual tone nib of the Dolcevita oversize.

Superb! The "starry night" blue section is perfectly balanced between the black bookends. Bravo

On a side note, maybe I'll go to Milan within a week or so, it'll be the chance to finally see the shop I hear so good about! :)

  • 3 weeks later...

These Italian pen threads really should have NSFW tags on them if pictures are going to be posted! Seriously, beautiful pen.

funny, when I glanced at the pen as it loads into view. I immediately thought of Dr Who.

but that pen is BEAUTIFUL

'The Yo-Yo maneuver is very difficult to explain. It was first perfected by the well-known Chinese fighter pilot Yo-Yo Noritake. He also found it difficult to explain, being quite devoid of English.

So we left it at that. He showed us the maneuver after a sort. B*****d stole my kill.'
