I'm starting to make more of these Tomoe River Paper journals. I'll post them here when I put them up on my store.

Here's the first one that I showed on fpgeeks.com's FP Television when I was the special guest:

 

 

It stays open quite nicely!

 

 

This book has 360 blank Tomoe River white paper and it is selling for $55 before the coupon.

The second book is bound in vegetable tanned pig hide, I love the character of this stuff!

 

 

 

This one also has approximately 360 blank Tomoe River paper, but this time in cream. I'm listing this for $65. This leather is toolable and I have more, so I could tool in a custom design/initials you name it.

One of the challenges of being a(paper) hoarder is that as I approach the end of a journal (3.5 pages left in my current book) I start looking around for another new book.

 

However, this time I WILL RESIST GETTING ANOTHER NEW BOOK :bonk: :o Yes I will. Please help me resist, please! I am conserving money for the upcoming New England Pen Show (not that I have it anyway, it's jsut easier to postpone gratification!

I could be a blatant enabler but I won't. I'm working on new books all of the time, so take your time. I have a shipment arriving any day to make 12 more TR journals so keep your eye out. Buuuut, if you just can't resist, as of this writing there is still one up on my shop

I am afraid that's not enough German to impress the ladies

As opposed to fountain pens I am a bit afraid to actually start using your journals. My wife always says I'm building piles of new things and when the'ye matured a little I start using them from the bottom up

But I've set myself the goal of taking one with me as my travel journal in Naples later this year.

 

Ooooh and the goatskin...I might have to pull the trigger again *sigh*
