Need Help Deciphering Old Writing

I found this scrap of paper in an old hymnal, pretty sure it's written in Sütterlin but I could be wrong.

Can anybody read this and maybe would like to translate it?

Could the date be 20 September 1921?

With the caveat that I don't know much:

It is in German, using a fraktur cursive handwriting sometimes called Kurrent (of which Sütterlin is a specific family, much like Palmer is a specific family of American cursive). Since I neither speak nor read German, it's hard for me to do much more that pull a few letters and words and, sometimes, names out of what I see. Part of the problem with Kurrent scripts is the similarities of the letters e, n, u, r, m, i, c, v, w... and writing those particular letters in no particular order makes me wonder that the word 'numeric' written in such a handwriting must be nearly illegible:

Oh, yeah, nearly illegible, even when I dot the 'i' and put a thingy (I don't know what to call it! Sorry!) over the 'u'.

In any case, the author's 'n' and 'm' and 'e' are nearly indecipherable to me, and I don't know enough German (next to none) to string the letter I do recognize into words. This is compounded by the margins that have cropped far into the body of the text.

I think the first long word we see starts with 'S', perhaps

__ Sersahr__ ist _eher, __ |

Blütte_ z____ wies[?], |

_ _pelt__ zu ma_p_ _ |

__ _ __ E_t___s__s

... I give up, too many frustrations for my poor eyes. But I see the word 'absentis' about 2/3 the way down. Not a German word, but my eyes don't reflexively wrap around German words :P

It's "Verfahren ist daher".

The page shows only parts of sentences. The left and right parts of the page are missing. Do you have them, too, Cubane?

Oh! Yes! Thank you!

Doesn't make much sense without the missing parts, but the text seems to deal with the formalities regarding an inheritance.
