Hi all,

Here's to a discussion of the less expensive Pelikans. The Pelikano, Future, Culture, Pharo, and other steel nib cartridge fillers.

I currently own a P58 dunno the name, but it looks alot like the Future.

P72 Pharo with matching RB

Pelikano Junior- the older purple/yellow plastic one GP nib for lefties

2000 set blue plastic w/ BP This 2000 FP is my smoothest writer of all my pens, even the beautiful Carene aren't as smooth.

I like the M-series Souverans, Toledo and the SE pens too, but none of them are in my budget. I get the Pelikan nibs in the P-Series and use converter or cartridge. Even in the P-series, Pelikan nibs are smooth as can be. Granted, the're not as pretty a nib, but they sure write nice. Even the F is a smoothie. Gotta love it!!

Pelikan 2000 set. Plastic FP and BP in a very nice plastic presentation box. I keep it in the sleeve to avoid scratches for as long as possible.
