Help Identifying Vintage Ink Bottle

I was wondering if any of you guys can identify the date of this bottle of vintage blue Parker Quink and tell me how much it's worth (i'm not sure yet if i'm going to sell it). I just received it today.

This is the top of the bottle.

This is the bottom of the bottle. It reads

"PARKER

3 (anchor picture) 3

MADE IN USA

4 OZ.

II8CO

1

On the left side it says J-102 MC 219"

On the right side it says "L-838"

This is the side of the bottle.

Roughly 1940s classic Parker art-deco bottle. Check EBay for examples, but they are not rare. Beautiful, though.

Thanks for the response! I checked on eBay, and I couldn't find any bottle of Parker ink from the 1940s. Does anyone know the rough value of this bottle?

Search eBay for 'Parker ink bottle', select 'completed items' in the sidebar, and find ones that look the same, like this.
