Searching For A Palmer Font

I am looking for a windows font for the Palmer Method of Business Writing.

I can't find this type of font anywhere on the popular known fontsites.

Some help would be very appreciated,

The educationalfontware.com site requires me to pay for a cd with 33 font families, while I only need one font.

The other sites only offer Spencerian script and no Palmer font.
