Edison Red/Black Ebonite Pearl (Bexley Nib, Cursive Italic), Aurora Talentum (14K Broad) , Aurora Nib Unit (18K EF Vintage) and a TWSBI (Medium)

* * * S O L D * * * 1. Edison Pearl, Red/Black Ebonite, 18K Two-Tone Bexley Nib, 0.5mm-0.6mm Cursive Italic By Deb Kinney, Cartridge/Converter

This Red/Black Ebonite Beauty has 18K Gold Two-Tone Bexley Nib (which in itself goes around $200 if I am not mistaken) that was re-ground by Deb Kinney into a 0.5'ish Cursive Italic (which cost me additional $51 including shipping). It is used and has general, typical signs of usage but is overall in great shape. Does not have any box or papers. A cartridge-converter is included.

Asking $225 Firm - CONUS Shipping Included. PayPal/Check/Postal Money Order are accepted.

Edit: Pictures Removed for cleaner viewing of the remaining items.

It is used and has general, typical signs of usage includig of cap-posting, but is overall in great shape. Comes with box and booklet. A cartridge-converter is included.

Asking $140 Firm (or $135 without box)- CONUS Shipping Included. PayPal/Check/Postal Money Order are accepted.

3. Aurora 18K Gold Extra Fine Nib Unit, With Extra Long Tines like on older Optima and LEs - not so easy to find.

Mike Masayuma (MikeItWork.com) made this nib unit from scratchy to a nice, wet, smooth Extra Fine line. It is a nib unit, that means it has a nib, feeder and nib-housing with screw type threads. Would fit in Modern Aurora 88, Optima or Talentum with similar screw in/out type nib units.

It's an older style in the sense that the tines are long, doesn't have "aurora" name on it and has "closed" floral design towards the grip-section end (as opposed to open design - don't know if this is the right way of describing it, but perhaps will be clear by comparing following picture with the nib in this post).

Asking $95 Firm - CONUS shipping is included. No box or papers, just the nib unit. PayPal/Check/Postal Money Order are accepted.

Here's comparison of various Aurora nibs. The writing sample/lines in red ink are written with this nib unit that is currently on sale.

* * * S O L D * * *4. TWSBI (Medium nib) Transparent Fountain Pen, Piston Filler

I bought it last month at NYC Pen Show and has seen only a few lines of writing - essentially like brand new.

Asking $35 Firm - CONUS Shipping included. Includes everything it came with (that's box, paper and a couple of tools in the box). PayPal/Check/Postal Money Order are accepted.

Oh my, that Edson is toooooooooooo much. And then with the nib by Deb Kinney. Someone is going to get a wonderful instrument. Oh, why did I have to buy that Pelikan yesterday? Well, I know why. But still. If only time and money were infinite...
