What Year Is This 146 From?

Here are pictures- please identify. The only other information I can add is that this 146 is shorter (capped) than my modern 146.

Striped or solid blue/grey ink window?

 

I'd guess 1989/90 based on the bi-color nib and split ebonite feed combination.
