And here's the Waterman's lever-filler demonstrating machine, patent no. 1,381,856. This one's for Bob Tefft, and Chris Odgers, and Mark Silvert, and Rob Astyk, and all the other countlessly many Waterman's collectors out there.

This should go well with Dillo's fill-unit tester. I think Francis (Fountainbel) also has some sort of vac-fill tester he has used to artificially cycle his Sheaffer vac-filler retro-kit several thousand times.
