3, The Original Pencil Geek

And here's a picture of what must be the original pencil geek, patent no. 56,251.

 

But there are other pen & pencil geeks and geekesses in patents 917,582, 1,346,777, 1,377,097, and 1,658,147.

And then there's the pencil geek's bowler (?) hat in 888,842.

 

Anyone else have any other favorites?

Wow, Mr. Meyers was really onto something. I could have used that (if it could hold a mechanical pencil like a Koor-I-Noor) in conjunction with my slide rule clipped to my belt to achieve *true* Nerd status in university those many years ago. <_<
