Leather Pen Case

I got this from a local art supply store for $40, which is a bit more expensive than the price posted at BLICK.

It was suppose to be used for colored pencils but I saw a photo at flicker which uses the case for other pens, and it looked good.

This one is for 72 colored pencils, I'd say it could hold 48 Rotring Tikky II mechanical pencils. But would be lesser for bigger pens.

It's made of leather, and has good lining inside. The zipper handles are fixed when closed and won't wiggle.

It comes in different sizes - 24, 48, 72, etc. I think the biggest size holds 120.

Available in 2 colors: brown and black. I wish they have a brown on the store.

The garter that holds the pens seem to be very sturdy. Though the pens looked a bit too tight with each other,

there's actually way of putting the pens next to one another without rubbing them (scratches!).

One thing I notice though, when I was trying to remove the residue left by the sticker on the leather,

I used a cotton with alcohol and it rubs a little bit of color. :headsmack:

I have a few of these for colored pencils and other art supplies---They are great --well made and I love the snap down zipper pulls. I do not keep FP's in them though. I have taken out the stitches in some of the elastic loops to make them larger--to hold erasers/sharpeners/small paint sets--works great!

Wow, there are colorful Tikkys! It's hard to collect them all.

And what's the model of the first one from the right? It seems like "Tikky metallic"...I've never seen it before :yikes:

Wow, all those Tikky pencils! :puddle:

I found one at home seven years ago, and it's been my favourite ever since.

Also, I might have to look for something similar to this pen case!
