FS: 4 Parker Sonnets!

Buying a Sonnet is much, much easier than composing one...

But first, the Fine Print:

(First "I want" e-mail takes the item. NO PMs, please! Yes, e-mail is a pain for FPN'ers, so click HERE to send me an email directly through FPN. Domestic money orders, Paypal (either flavor) happily spent- no checks unless we've danced before, please. Domestic Priority Mail shipping included in the price; happy to ship internationally (and it's a lot cheaper now), but the price will be higher- please ask.)

What have we got here?

1) Parker Sonnet Mark II, Black Lacque, 2-Tone 18k Broad Oblique Nib! VERY smooth nib- don't know if this was a factory Oblique Broad or a retip/reshape. "S" on feed. VG condition, converter included, yours for only $85, shipped!

2) Parker Sonnet Mark I, Black Lacque w/Gold, 18k XF Nib! "Good User" condition- some use showing, cap lip is a little out of round but functions as it should (no problems with security or capping/uncapping). VERY smooth 18k XF nib- glides over the paper. Converter included. Yours for only $50, shipped!

3) Parker Sonnet Mark I, Moonbeam, "Springy" 18k Fine Nib! It would be a stretch to call this a "flex" nib, but it is certainly quite "springy" (much more so than any other Sonnet nib I've tried). Lends a nice bit of line variation to the smooth 18k Fine line it lays down with no pressure (to about Broad). G/VG condition- a little use, but nothing major. Converter included. A great pen in a beautiful lacque finish, yours for only $85, shipped!

4) Parker Sonnet Mark I, Forest Green Lacque (?), 18k Fine Nib! Not certain on the model name on this one- I believe it is Forest Green. Color is hard to photograph- a cool black/green swirl. Very smooth 18k Fine nib. Good condition- a little plating loss on section trim ring, a little use showing, nothing major. Converter included. Good-looking pen, good-looking price- yours for only $70, shipped!

Gimme a holler!

To answer a question I've gotten a few times- the nib on #1 is a "Left-Footed" Oblique. What's that mean? Look down at your left foot. See how your toes slant? That's how the nib tipping is shaped.

Please note- if you looked down and did not see your toes, please take off any offending shoes or socks for the full effect of this demonstration. If you still cannot see your toes, you may need to consult a dietician before being able to fully appreciate this fountain-pen visual oblique nib identification tool. Your mileage may vary, past performance is not indicative of future results. :D
