Esterbrook 444 White Desk Set

Recommended Posts

I've decided I don't need two of these and one of them is brand new in the box, so I'm letting this "user" go. I used this on my desk at work for quite a while. This is the earlier model 444 dip-less. Pen in decent shape with 9556 nib. Slight bit of tooth in nib and bite marks on end of taper. Base in excellent shape with all three cork pads on bottom. $25 plus $5 shipping. SOLD

Thanks-

You take the black top off, fill the inside with about 1 ounce of ink, then simply rest the pen in the well. The set will keep the nib constantly wet with ink and the feed of the renew-point holds more ink than a regular dip pen nib, thus you "dip" less. Very cool sets and unless they are completely empty can always count on them to start first time every time. :)

Best-

Brian
